Some items are missing from my order. How is this possible?
Some orders are shipped in multiple packages due to weight restrictions. To ensure product quality, items you order may come from different suppliers. If you order multiple products at the same time, they may not be delivered simultaneously.
Don't worry, your order is on its way. The rest of your order will normally be delivered within 1 to 3 business days.
What should I do if I receive a damaged order?
Unfortunately, your order may be damaged during shipping. As a customer, you are obviously not to blame. In this case, please contact our customer service immediately by sending an email to info@relenvo.com. You will need to take pictures of the damage and attach them to your email.
We will not be able to process your return request without these photos. Unfortunately, without them, we will not be able to offer you a suitable solution. Our customer service will process your request as soon as possible and will do what is necessary to find the best solution.
